Jen has been coaching a variety of athletes and sports since 2004, and has been focusing on endurance sport athletes since 2017. Jen aspires to show the everyday person that the impossible can become possible even on a crazy schedule or packed daily life. A philosophy that revolves around adequate recovery and injury prevention techniques, so athletes are able to be more resilient for the long haul. Jen also has a passion of inspiring other coaches to go out and live their dream and has strived to create an environment for them to learn and execute their passions through ATP Sports Performance.
As an athlete, Jen has been participating in triathlon and endurance sports since 2010. What started as a dare between friends has grown into a crazy passion for the sport that goes beyond just her achievements, but by helping others achieve theirs. Someone so passionate as to name her home property Tri Acres. USA Triathlon Foundation even named Jen Myers to their Ambassador Team to help USA Triathlon grow the sport through youth, Paralympic, and Olympic hopeful involvement.
